Experienced Christian Counselors
To increase our outreach ministry, we occasionally seek experienced Christian Counselors who are interested in integrating Biblical principles into proven counseling methods to help people find emotional and psychological wholeness and healing. Executive Director
Agape Counseling Associates, a non-denominational Christian counseling agency, is accepting applications for a full time Executive Director to lead the organization. Primary responsibilities include strategic and operational planning, marketing and development, community relations, supervision of administrative staff and all financial operations. The Executive Director also serves as a professional advisor to the Board and coordinates Board meetings.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and demonstrated success leading an organization, developing a vision and marketing plan, managing and motivating staff and engaging outside constituents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking required. Masters degree and not-for-profit business leadership preferred.
