The following is provided as a tool for initial assessment of your current situation. It is not meant to take the place of an individual consultation with a trained therapist.

Listed below are seventy-four characteristics. For each characteristic rate God as you actually have experiences him in your own life during the last year. Rate him in terms of the degree to which each characteristic describes your experience of him. Using the following scale (1=very much unlike God; 2=somewhat unlike God; 3 somewhat like God; 4 very much like God) circle the appropriate number for each characteristic.

Remember, we are not interested here in your Biblical or theological knowledge about God. Rather, we are concerned with find out how you actually have experienced God in your life during the past year.
